Mobile app project, helps students in their grocery shopping & cooking.

In France, the average student spends €3.30 on a meal. Yet, only half of university students and 18% of students overall rely on food assistance programs. Since 2023, the percentage of students shopping at grocery stores has risen by 8 points, reaching 59%. Student precarity is a pressing issue in France, with many lacking the resources or energy to cook and eat healthily.

This group project aimed to provide an alternative on exisiting apps based on our research. We created an app called Repanier, where grocery stores can choose to offer specific ingredients at a reduced price for making meals through the app.

How it works

1. Choose your Meal: Select a dish you'd like to make based on nearby participating stores.

2. Place your Order: Pay via the app or in-store, the order will be ready for pickup within 45 minutes.

3. Pickup your Ingredients: Collect your items using the provided QR code.

4. Time to Cook : Once home, the app reveals step-by-step instructions to prepare your meal.

5. Earn Rewards: Each order earns points that can be redeemed for special offers, free ingredients, and more.

👉 Our app is meticulously designed to make cooking enjoyable and affordable for students. We believe our concept is realistically achievable.
